Qonterra was founded by the people who used to run feasibility and investment on the world's largest real estate projects — and who spent years wrestling the same fragile spreadsheets we set out to replace. We know the work because we've done the work.
For most of our careers, the financial truth of a multi-billion-dollar development lived in a single, brittle Excel file — passed between analysts, broken by a stray reference, and impossible to compare like-for-like against the next opportunity. We led feasibility and investment teams at sovereign-backed giga-projects and government developers across the GCC, and we kept hitting the same wall: the analysis was world-class, but the tooling was holding it back.
"The institutions making the biggest capital decisions on earth were running them on the most fragile infrastructure imaginable. We decided to fix it."
Qonterra is the feasibility platform for institutional real estate — built so that sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and major developers can model their largest projects with the rigor, auditability, and speed those decisions deserve. Every assumption is logged, every scenario is preserved, and every project is comparable to the next on a single framework.
We're not a software company that wandered into real estate. We're operators who built the product we needed, and we use everything we learned on the other side of the table to make it sharper.
