Three plans designed for the institutional real estate audience. Annual contracts, transparent pricing, dedicated customer success.
For small teams, family offices, and emerging asset managers building their institutional process.
For mid-sized asset managers, regional developers, and institutional investors with active pipelines.
For sovereign wealth funds, global asset managers, major developers, and the largest pension funds.
Every plan includes the core Qonterra modeling engine. The differences are in scale, advanced features, and the level of dedicated support — designed to match the operational maturity of each customer segment.

Qonterra is offered in three plans: Growth (for small teams and family offices), Scale (for mid-sized institutional investors and developers), and Enterprise (for sovereign wealth funds and major global asset managers). All plans are annual contracts. Contact sales for a quote tailored to your team size and feature requirements.
Every prospective customer receives a 30-minute walkthrough on one of their real opportunities — showing the platform working on actual data, not a generic demo. After the walkthrough, a pilot deployment can be configured for serious prospects.
Sovereign wealth funds, large asset managers, and global developers are typically on the Enterprise plan. Pricing is custom and reflects deployment scope: number of seats, integration requirements, data residency needs, and any custom development. Enterprise contracts are annual or multi-year, with dedicated customer success and named technical account management.
No. Qonterra is priced on seats and feature tier, not per project. Customers can run as many projects, scenarios, and portfolio analyses as their workflow requires. This is intentional: per-project pricing creates incentive friction against running the additional scenarios that actually improve decisions.
Standard contracts are annual, paid quarterly or annually. Enterprise customers can negotiate multi-year contracts with corresponding discounts. Payment is invoice-based in all major currencies. All plans include a 60-day implementation period before billing begins, to allow time for configuration and onboarding.
Annual contracts can be canceled at the end of any contract term with 60 days' notice. Mid-term cancellations are not standard, but exceptions are made for cause. All customer data is exportable in standard formats (Excel, CSV, JSON) at any time, with no exit fees.
Yes. Qonterra offers significant discounts to academic real estate programs, research institutions, and recognized nonprofits doing institutional real estate research. Contact sales with details about your institution and intended use case.
Tell us about your team — size, role, current workflow — and we'll put together a tailored plan and walkthrough. Most quotes turn around within two business days.
